We offer the following coaching and consulting services:

Private
individual coaching services include weekly telephone coaching,
email contact between sessions, and between call check-ins as needed.
Several fee options are available.

Group coaching consists of weekly group telephone sessions. Group
sizes range from 3 to 8 people.
Corporate
coaching services consist of individual and group coaching of CEO,
key executives and managers, as well as employees, and are offered
via programs tailored to your organization's needs. Telephone and
in-person coaching are offered. Hourly and retainer based fee arrangements
are available.

Creating
a corporate identity program begins with conducting assessment exercises
to assist in defining the firm's image. Following this process,
we work with the firm and a professional design consultant to design,
develop, facilitate and deliver specifications for all external
and internal communications that consistently support and reinforce
the firm's image.
We
assist in developing marketing plans for the firm, practice/industry
groups and individual professionals. This process includes analyzing
the competitive, environmental and firm situations; developing goals
and strategies; and developing plans to implement those strategies.
We
work with firms to develop programs to measure and monitor client
satisfaction and to respond to client concerns and expectations.
These programs may include annual in-person client audits, as well
as written and telephone surveys to be conducted periodically or
at the conclusion of each matter.
Working
with the firm and a web designer, we assist in the design and development
of a web site that is consistent with the firm's image. This includes
assessment of the firm's goals for the site and development of the
appropriate approach, features and functionality.
When
done correctly, advertising can be an effective part of an overall
marketing campaign. We work with firms to create a successful advertising
program by identifying the target audience, determining the message
to communicate, selecting the most effective medium and schedule,
and developing an evaluation method.
The goal of a public relations program is to provide a systematic
plan for gaining positive exposure and visibility for the law firm
and its activities. From developing comprehensive and strategic
media campaigns to disseminating press releases on an as needed
basis, we work with firms to increase their visibility in front
of targeted audiences.
